Privacy policy
This policy describes how Affordable Landlord Insurance, operated by Business Insurance Brokers LLC (“we,” “us”), handles information on affordablelandlordinsurance.com and in landlord insurance submissions. It is written for a licensed United States insurance agency. It is not legal advice to you.

What this site is for
This website is for landlord and rental-property owners insurance quote requests in our licensed states. Do not send medical records, consumer health data, or information about a child through the public form.
Information we collect
If you use the quote form, we receive the details you choose to send: desired effective date, first and last name, property address (street, optional unit, city, state, ZIP), mailing address, phone, email, number of residential rental units, optional comments, and your consent. If you later become a client, we also collect underwriting information needed to place or service a policy (photos, loss history, mortgagee information) by a follow-up channel you agree to.
Server logs may record IP address, user-agent, referring URL, and the pages requested, for security and diagnostics. By default this site does not set non-essential cookies and does not load analytics. If an operator later configures an optional tag-manager identifier, we will update this page before any non-essential cookie or advertising pixel is set.
How we use information
We use submissions to contact you about a landlord or dwelling insurance quote, to seek terms from insurance carriers and their underwriting partners, to service accounts if you bind, and to meet record-keeping and regulatory duties. A quote request is not a binder. We do not sell your information and we do not sell personal information as those words are used in the California Consumer Privacy Act.
Sharing
We share what a carrier, managing general agent, or necessary vendor needs to underwrite, bind, or service a landlord account, or what a regulator, court, or auditor lawfully requires. We do not share quote-form data with advertisers.
If a requested property, form, or state is outside our appetite or the markets we place, we may refer your submission to a partner or affiliate insurance agency or brokerage so that firm can contact you about coverage. We do this only after you submit the quote form and give consent. We do not sell the file.
Calls, texts, and TCPA-style consent
If you submit the quote form and check the consent box, you authorize Business Insurance Brokers LLC and its agents and affiliates to contact you by phone, email, or text at the number and email you provided regarding an insurance quote. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may ask us to use email only when we reach you. We do not use this site to blast marketing to purchased lists.
Retention
Quote files that do not become accounts are kept long enough to finish the conversation and to meet any legal hold, then removed from active use. Bound accounts follow insurance-recordkeeping practice: we generally retain policy, claim, and accounting records for five to seven years after the relationship ends, or longer if a statute, carrier contract, or legal hold requires it.
Access, correction, and deletion
To ask what we hold about your submission, to correct it, or to request deletion, use thequote form and say that your message is a privacy request, or writePO Box 87249, Vancouver, WA 98687 or 16300 Christensen Rd Suite 203, Tukwila, WA 98188. We will say if a record must be kept for insurance, tax, or legal reasons.
Washington My Health My Data Act
This site is not designed to collect consumer health data. Do not send diagnoses, treatment information, or location data tied to health. If you believe you sent consumer health data by mistake, send a privacy request through the quote form and we will delete it from the public inbox copy we control.
Children
The site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If our practices change — including adding analytics — we will update this page and the effective date. Material changes to how we use quote-form data will be described here before we rely on them.
